Return Policy

Charlotte Crown Team Store offers a 30-day return or exchange on all items in new/salable condition with original tags and labels attached with a receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us via mail or in-person.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Product that is missing original tags or appears to be worn or damaged

Auction items or customized jerseys

Clearance items

Return or exchange in arena:

Simply present the item to be returned with your receipt to a sales associate to process your return or exchange.

Return via mail:

A return request should be sent to

including the following information to initiate your return request:

A copy of your receipt.

The reason for the return or exchange.

A contact name, phone and email address.

Once your email is reviewed by a team member, a confirmation will be sent. The item to be returned and a copy of the email request should be sent to the following address:

 We recommend using a pre-paid, insured traceable method when returning merchandise, to ensure a documented delivery. Lost returns are the responsibility of the shipper.
